The Danish Plant Directorate is the official body for seed certification in Denmark.
The Danish Ministry of Food, Fisheries and Agriculture is responsible for approving the national regulations for seed control and certifdication. The Danish Plan Directorate is the regulating body for field inspection, sampling, seed testing, post control and issuance of certificates for the following species :
• Cereal including maize and sorghum
• Fodder plants
• Oil and Fibre species
• Beet
• Vegetables
• Grasses
• Legumes
